The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

• North America : 3 - 8 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I respect your buyers’ privacy rights and follow data protection laws. As a business owner, I receive certain personal information about customers when they place an order or contact me about a potential order, such as their name, postal address, email address, and phone number. While this statement is brief, it is meant to convey that your personal information and right to privacy is held confidential and will not be shared, sold or otherwise disclosed to other parties except as absolutely necessary in order to conduct business or for legal purposes. Etsy prohibits the use of buyer information for unsolicited messages. Your information will not be retained for longer than necessary, without your permission. Generally, all my client lists are purged after 4 years.
